1. Short rear suspension arms for RSR. Fully remanufactured & re-cast in BT1 material ready to accept the original type 80mm x 42mm bearing.  Unlike the 75 mm bearing fitted to a standard steel arm. complete with high quality spherical bearing on the inboard end.

2. Bearing retainers to suit 75 & 80 mm rear arms, made in 4 mm  S514/5 steel and Bright Zinc Plated (BZP).

3. High level butterflies reproduced to exacting standards in magnesium, 100 % correct, die cast, injection moulded etc. you will not find a better quality reproduction – the quality will speak for itself. Can be supplied with stack covers and fitting kit. Not to be confused with any other kit!

4. High level stacks –  injection moulded in Delrin using the original processes, perfect in every way including the split line.

5. Linkage support brackets – unavailable for many years – cast in magnesium complete with bearings.

6. Blanking caps for trumpets. The finest reproduction ever –  can be supplied with black or gold zinc plated chain.

 

7. Racing oil filter housing an exact replica in magnesium – to include pressure relief valve and correct oil pipe and immaculately reproduced steel disc type filter.

8. Disk type oil filter  sold separately.

9. Cap for oil filter – replacement item (available separately) with correct cork gasket.

10. MFI pump kit. Speaks for itself – unavailable for years- perfect reproduction – includes all items in fitting kit, available in different finishes.

11. Centre feed cam front covers – a perfect reproduction of the part in magnesium, with all the holes lining up with the casting!

 

12. Centre feed cam bolt EN 24t.

13. RS gear box oil pump cover – cast in magnesium – complete with stud.

14.  RSR gearbox pump cover as original – cast in aluminium.

15. Oil pump gears and  pump bushes - 4 off.

16. Rear 915 box housing machined to suit (customers core required).

19. Anti roll bar kit – once again made to exacting standards.  Every item in the kit included.  A range of bars are available to order.

20. Pedal boxes – a good old favourite – twin cylinder box. Available LHD or RHD. Black or BZP finish , no body modifications required.

22. Spark plug cap retainers stainless steel, set of 6.

23. Spark plug cap retainers for cylinder number 5 using oil filter housing.

24. Racing rev counter drive in magnesium – immaculate reproduction.

25. Fuel tank brackets – a reproduction of the brackets that are welded to the inner wheel arches, straps can be made to suit.

26. Magneti Marelli twin spark distributor – once again an immaculate reproduction using the correct advance mechanism – all units are tested on our CV sincrotest  to give the correct 13 deg advance and correct curve.

27. Magneti Marelli spare parts – we have a large number of re-made  spare parts for these units.

28. Aluminium   17, 18, 19 tensioner sprocket – manufactured in 7075 material.

29. Aluminium timing sprockets manufactured in 7075 material with EN 24t vernier drive.

30. Accelerator pedal – a competition light weight pedal – direct replacement for the original unit – to give a more positive feel available for LHD or RHD.

31. Aluminium heat deflectors – a direct replacement for the original.

32. Front disk bells to suit 917 or turbo calipers.

33. Rear disk bells to suit  917 or turbo calipers.

34. Mounting kit and reluctor to fit Magneti Marelli dist to  accept electronic ignition.

35. High level butterfly spare parts, we have stock of every part from the air screw to a casting.

36. Cross shafts , with the correct pressing on the bellcrank BZP.

37. Linkages with l/h and r/h threads as factory.

38. Rear arm ARB drop link mounts, an easy way to put correct bars on an aluminium arm car.

39. Plating/mounting kits, laser cut everything from rear arm mounts to front top mounts!

40. High level stack gaskets made in the correct graphite material sets of 6.

41. 43mm  inlet gaskets to suit RSR heads sets of 6.

42. Engine cradles, available in two specs, comp/ road, mig welded as factory BZP or black.

43. Megaphones in stainless steel – can be supplied in a ‘kit’ form to suit any header or ready to fit to RSR headers.

44. Oil thermostat diverter, for use with oil filter housing.

All our products have been reproduced to the highest possible standard using the correct materials to satisfy even the most demanding purist; if it was made in magnesium, its been re-made in magnesium!

Every item we produce is done ‘in-house’ with the exception of castings – we leave that to the aerospace people!!  Each item is manufactured to the highest quality and by using the latest 4 axis technology, we can meet and exceed the exacting tolerances that guarantee total interchangeability with the original equipment parts.

45. Pedal box—73 RSR type including all bushes, spindles, clutch pedal and clutch lever. Included with this is a plate to weld into the floor for ease of fitting.

46. 917 centre lock hub nut. Manufactured in 7075 aluminium and hard anodized.

47. Ignition box mounting plates - Reproduction of the standard and RSR type ignition box mounting plate with correct swaging as the original part and supplied with an anodized silver finish.

48. 100mm  Rear turrets - fully fabricated and ready to weld in to suit the 74 car. Fitment of these does not require the removal of the rear cross member.

49. Strut brace - Complete kit and ready to fit, made from T45 steel.

50. Short rear arm brackets - identical to the original factory part.

51. Split high level stacks for use with air filters. Made in aluminium with an anodized finish unlike the originals which were a composite.

52. Distributor conversion kit - A simple cheaper option to a 12 plug engine. Available as an exchange or a DIY kit.

53. 917 long distance brake calipers cast in BSL169, alu pistons, identical to OE in every way. As fitted to 74’ centrelock type cars

54. 930 turbo disk bells in 7075 hard anodized, with locking ring and bolts No longer available as OE part in aluminium

55. Engine sump plates, high quality casting in LM 25. With sump plug

56. Emergency brake mechanism will fit 917 or 930 brakes 

57. Early clutch arms for 915 gearbox pre omega spring type

58. 73’ RSR Flares as a pressing, the correct shape not like a turbo arch where you have to re-shape it to get it ’close’ and still cover it in poly! If fitted correctly minimal hand finishing is required

59. Aluminium door skins, again a pressed part. A huge saving in weight.

60. Impact bumper mounts, SCRS type do away with the heavy damper mount, ideal if composite bumpers are being used.

61. And now for a totally different part, Ferrarri Daytona short steering arms and twin cylinder pedal box. Reproduced from factory parts but made in modern materials
